NOTICE: The City of Glen Rose is accepting sealed bids for a 0.360 acre +/- pie-shaped, undeveloped lot on Austin Road (Hwy 144), immediately across Austin Road from 101 Austin Road, as more fully described in Instrument 36484, Vol. 121, Page 220 of the of Somervell County Deed Records.  All closing costs are to be paid by the buyer.  A $500 deposit must be included with the bid.  Sealed bids clearly marked “Austin Lot” are to be submitted to City Secretary Ritchie, Glen Rose City Hall, P.O. Box 1949, 201 N.E. The property is currently located in a floodplain, but a revised FEMA map being considered for acceptance removes the property from the floodplain. All closing costs are to be paid by the buyer.  A $500 deposit must be included with the bid.  Sealed bids clearly marked “Litigation Lot” are to be submitted to City Secretary Ritchie, Glen Rose City Hall, P.O. Box 1949, 201 N.E.
