Yogi Fit is kicking off the Spring season with a few local donation-based offerings. I invite you to join me as we transition out of the dark winter months and step into the sunshine and beauty of a new blossoming world. We will explore what it is to be grounded and get curious about what arises in our experience as we flow through class. Unlike traditional exercise class, yoga is an individual journey of mind, body & spirit, on and off of the mat. This journey is a lifelong process. My intention is to gently guide students through practice and allow them to find their own pace and comfort level to support their individual needs. All levels of experience are welcome.
