Historic Preservation Commission

The Historic Preservation Commission is a five-member board appointed by the Glen Rose City Council.  All members of the Commission shall be residents of the City of Glen Rose, to the extent possible, and at least one member must reside or own property within the Historic District.

The Preservation Commission is authorized by City Ordinance

The Commission meets at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month unless there is no business for the board to consider.  Applications to be to be considered by the Commission must be submitted to the Building and Planning Department no later than 12 business days before the meeting.
