Payment Options

• You can now pay your City utility bill online using your account number here.
• We accept cash, checks, and money orders. We do offer the option to have your monthly bill drafted by ACH debit from your checking or savings account.

Your water bill is mailed the last week of the month. If you have not received it by the 5th of the month, you are responsible for contacting the City of Glen Rose Utility Billing Department to find out the amount you owe.

Dropbox Locations

• For your convenience, we have a night drop available 24/7 on the west wall of the building and a free-standing box in the parking lot. 

Late Penalties and Disconnections

• Your balance is due upon receipt and you have until the 15th of the month to pay without penalty. After the 15th of the month, you will be charged a late fee of $10 or 10% of the amount due (whichever is greater). 
• If the 15th falls on a day City Hall is closed and your payment is deposited in the night drop box before 8 a.m. on the next business day, your payment will be considered on time. Anything paid after the 8 a.m. deadline will be considered late and will be charged the late fee. 
• Late payments will be accepted through the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a day City Hall is closed and your payment is deposited in the night drop box before 8 a.m. the next business day, it will be accepted as a late payment. If late payment is not received by 8 a.m., your service will be subject to immediate disconnection.
