UTILITY BILLING, MUNICIPAL COURT, BUILDING SERVICES, AND THE CITY SECRETARY WILL NOW BE LOCATED AT 300 NE BARNARD STREET (THE CITY OF GLEN ROSE LANE MEMORIAL BUILDING) AS OF MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026.
