NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Glen Rose, Texas, proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
2.968 acres out of Block 34 of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract No. 136, located at the corner of State Highway 144 and Somervell County Road 334, and being legally described by the Somervell County Appraisal District as Parcel No. R39189
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Glen Rose, Texas on the 9th day of April, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 201 NE Vernon, Glen Rose, Texas, 76043, for all persons interested in the above-proposed annexation. At said time and place, all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
