Voluntary Compliance
It is our goal to obtain voluntary compliance from the property and business owners we work with. In the cases where we are unable to obtain voluntary compliance, the Code Enforcement Officer has the authority to:
- File criminal charges
- Issue citations
- Take action for the City to physically remove or correct the violation
Reporting Violations
To report a possible violation, please fill out a Citizen Concern Form and come by City Hall at 201 NE Vernon Street. To ensure someone is available to discuss your concern, please call 254-897-2272, Ext 109.
